Hola Familia,
Hey so this
was my first week with Hermana Canto again... Crazy right . It has been
fun working with her again, she is a very good leader and always happy .
So it makes the days go by better and we have been making a lot of fun
memories. We had an amazing lesson with Catalinna. She was nervous that
her mom wasn't going to let us teach her the other day and when she went
to ask I hear ¨si, si¨¨ and then she entered all happy . She said I could get baptized!!
Then two minutes later the mom entered and asked so when is the day for
the baptism..And hermana Canto jokingly said tomorrow.. Which of
course caught the mom off guard but she didn't say no.. And then Cata
said Sept 1. and my heart was noooo that's so far away.. but The Lord
knows what is best. So we are preparing her for next month but hoping
that she can be baptized this month.. We had another great lesson with
Gilda , however she wasn't able to come to church so i think we have to
let her go.. We have been struggling to find new people to teach but I
know this week will be better as we keep being obedient and doing the
things the Lord ask of us.. We have a lot of less actives and
investigators with questions of the Tribe of Israel and it has been
really neat to be able to share the Book of Mormon with answers to their
question this BOOK IS GREAT.. I am loving the book of Mormon so much
right now and am trying two finish it twice before i end and i am
rereading part however finding new verses that have always been there
but mean something a lot more this time.
I am so thankful for all your love and support and hope that this week is great for you all as you end all your summer fun...
p.s.The
vision of our president this month is to become MCA Olympian .. So we
have 5 different categories that we can win from.. So this is exciting I
love competition..
