This President's weekend I was able to spend time with my family in California. It was a great weekend being able to see my grandparents especially with both of their health not being the best. My grandma is starting to go through memory loss which is hard to watch and accept that my grandma is at that age. My grandma has been outgoing, spontaneous, and supportive through out my life which I have truly appreciated. She has been my role model through out my life, so watching her forget that I graduated and repeat questions within 10 minutes of each other was heartbreaking. I am so grateful that I was able to spend the night with her at a hotel and bond for one night.  I am thankful for all these small moments I have to spend with family!

Today I was able to be a Temple Escort for this amazing girl Katy Wilson that I have known for 5  years now. Katy and I went to CSUN together and I was able to watch Katy grow into a beautiful divine daughter of God. Katy was the second person that I have ever helped come into this beautiful gospel. Katy was baptized and confirmed a member May 2010, endowed August 2014, and sealed for eternity February 2015! I am so proud of this girl and so grateful to have seen her take each one of these great steps. Congrats Katy and Jordan Flores!
