Tea Party Bridal Shower

Today we had a Tea Party for Katie Bo's bridal shower. It was a fabulous day to dress up and be with people I love. My mom and I were able to eat some yummy cucumber sandwiches and talk in a southern accent.

Chopped

Paul, Ruth-Anne, Whitney, and Kyler

I came home this weekend to find my roommates Whitney and Ruth Anne having a chopped cook off with Paul and Kyler in our ward. I was even more surprised to find out that I was to be one of the judges. They were to create these foods with four secret ingredients maple syrup, ritz cracker, pineapple,  and bacon. Of course my roommates  are awesome and made an amazing chicken salad appetizer and also a yummy meatballs and rice.  

Drowsy Chaperone

 Tonight I was able to go and see a wonderful play Drowsy Chaperone at the SCERA with the gang. This play was perfect from the cast to the amazing  scenery. I am so grateful to have such a amazing BFC to hook me up with some tickets.

Easter

We gathered as family to have a beautiful picnic and small Easter egg hunt for the kids. I was so excited to see my cute Young family can you tell that Isaac was very excited to see me too and Bella with her bunny ears.

I am grateful to have such wonderful brothers, parents and cousins.

Key West

Today we had the chance to receive a tour of Key West by a native islander named Tommy. He took us out on a boat all day. We were able to see a shark, sting ray, and collect many beautiful shells. 

Fort Lauderdale Temple

Today we met up with the Gallagher family and headed down to Fort Lauderdale Temple for their open house.  It was a beautiful day for another chance to see another home of the Lord. This temple was tall and one leveled which was different, but of course very beautiful. 

Disney World

Today we headed to DISNEY WORLD!! We arrived at 11:00 am and stayed till 11:00 p.m we made sure to get all our money's worth. We were able to ride some great rides and even wait in line for 40 minutes to meet Ariel which was the highlight of my day. 

Captain America

Our first night we saw Captain America and did some shopping at a Mermaid store to buy some Disney gear for the next day. Plus it was raining so it was time well spent.

Florida

This Spring Break I decided to tag along with my aunt and uncle to Florida to see their daughter, Alexa. It was definitely a fabulous week of  food, sun and family. We left Sunday night arriving very early Monday morning so we were all jet lag and slept by the pool while we waited for our room to be available.  However while we were by the pool I was so tired we fell asleep in our pants in which I received a very nice sock tan line. Our hotel was a town house which came with our very own hot tub and very green jungle like backyard.

BFC Spa Day

Today was the first day of Spring Break so Danielle and I schedule a massage at Remedez. It was the most wonderful and relaxing thing I have ever done in my life. I even paid $10 more to get a hot stone massage which was so very needed.  I am totally making this a twice a year activity because it was definitely a bit of heaven. A big thanks to my BFC for buying me this gift.
