Today was the last day with my wonderful Principal Rachelle Bolingbroke. I am so thankful for this lady giving me a chance to become a teacher. Thank you Rachelle for believing in me and pushing me to become the best teacher possible. I have learned so much from your example as a principal and a friend. Good luck at the district, you will be missed by your OES Cubs!

Last Day of School

I made it through my second year of teaching today and it was  bitter sweet. I had such a wonderful year teaching 3rd grade to these wonderful kids. I had a blast watching them grow and learning from each one of them. I will miss this group of kids dearly, especially those kids I was able to have two years in a row since I switched from 2nd to 3rd grade. Thank you Orem Elementary Cubs for making my second year of teaching a blast. Thank you Telley Carlson, Erica Winterton, and Bridgette Funk for being such a great support team!

Today my little brothers  Dallen and Hayden graduated from Pleasant Grove High School. I am so very proud of these two! They have had a long journey getting to this day, but they endured to the end. I wish these two good luck with their next adventure where ever it may take them. All of us kids have now graduated from Pleasant Grove High School.

So when you are at work and you get a text asking if you want to go to a Bees game you say yes, right? That is what happened to me today. I was pretty excited since I had never been to a Bees game before, however I became more excited when I found out that I will be watching the game in the SUITES!! So we get there and go up a secret elevator where we have our tickets scanned before we can enter the elevator and then once we reach the 4th floor we have to have our tickets scanned again before we can exit the elevator. It was so much fun watching the game and be pampered with food in a  nice room. The game was rained out for a while so we went inside and ate and then watched the NBA Finals game until the rain stopped.

On my way to visit my family for Memorial Day lunch I had to stop by the Millecam's house and see this baby. Benson has brought such joy to my life, I love being a cousin aunt to him.

Living in Utah I have had the chance to visit many temple open houses.  I was able to visit Payson Temple with friends and with family. It was a great experience to go through my family. I am so grateful for temple covenants that I have made. Payson Temple opens June 6, 2015
